Cut on the lines of the M-65, the jacket the American army issued in 1965 and that every field jacket since has borrowed from. Ours is made in a technical polyester with a wind and water resistant finish, so it takes rain and wind without ceremony.
The collar is real rex rabbit, dense and soft against the neck, and it lifts away entirely. One jacket from the first cold week through to spring.

Hand Washing: Use cool water and mild detergent. Soak for 10–15 minutes, swish gently, rinse thoroughly, and press out water without wringing. Lay flat to air dry, away from heat and sunlight.
Storage: Store in a cool, dry place with cedar blocks or lavender to deter moths.
Pilling: Remove with a fabric shaver or sweater stone.

Never hang wet wool or use bleach.
