All orders ship free worldwide. We ship DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) to every destination we serve, which means customs charges and duties are included in the product price and there is nothing to pay on delivery.
6-8 business days from the day you order, including processing. Orders are prepared and dispatched within 1-2 business days; orders placed at weekends or on public holidays are dispatched the next business day.

Fourteen days from delivery to request a return or exchange. Exchanges are complimentary. For refunds from the European Union, the United Kingdom, Sweden and the United States, we provide a prepaid return label and a return fee based on the value returned is deducted from your refund. If a parcel is returned to us because it was refused, unclaimed or incorrectly addressed, any import duties, taxes or customs fees incurred are deducted from the refund. Where those charges exceed the order value, the balance is the customer's responsibility.
